Okay. Here it is. Why isn't the source dedicated server working?
This shit has been happening from day one. It took 20 trys just to get it to send information to valve to begin with.
all my console says is "

This is pissing me and everyone else on the planet off to hell!
Windows XP SP2
1GB of 400MHz DDR memory
1.4 TBs
one DVD-+RW dual layered drive
behind Dlink router
No firewalls are up!

I am about to back everything up on my main drive and format my C drive and reinstall every freaking thing on the the planet!

Also, something is wrong with my windows update too. lol. had zone alarm installed 4 days ago and uninstalled it and now it is saying that I can't do a windows update due "

one word BETA!
don't expect everything to work 100% when its in beta
also sp2 is also a big problem sp2 seams to be a problem then a fix don't install it (im not sure if you can uninstall it)
and if sp2 is stoping the server to "size a file" as the error says you should do somthing to revert back to sp1
