Another stupid CSS Problem. (SS Included)

Hello, me again. Got another stupid CSS problem.
When I running CSS. Loading Screen show up. After that, BOOM! Error. =/

Doesn't work at all.
Still appear same old error. Is there any way to solve this problem? I want to play so badly.

Hmmm... Maybe you could look for help in the Steam forums, or file a complaint ticket. Because I'm a bit at a loss here (seeing as it's an .exe problem and it seems it's corrupt, but validating doesn't help)

I added my Counter-Strike : Source hl2.exe, try replacing it with yours (but first make a backup of the original!)
