Another Video Card Problem

Whenever I Boot up and the "Catalyst Control Center" tries to run, i get a application error. I saw this on the forums before, but failed to find it again. Any Pointers????

Do you have Microsoft .NET Framework installed?

Can you post teh error message as someone might recognise and post the solution with no confusion over what the problem is.
