Another 'Will these parts work' thread, sorry

Same old story, building a new PC, and am unsure if the different part will work together.

What I'm looking at is:

Shuttle SN95G5 (nforce3, socket 939, 240w PSU)

AMD FX55
1 Gb (2 x 512 Mb) Corsair TwinX-XL
200Gb Seagate Barracuda (7200.7rpm, 8Mb) - SATA
Sony DRU710A 16x DVD (dual Layer writer)
256M Sapphire Radeon X800 XT Platinum

Other things like 19" lcd, wireless keyboard/mouse XP Pro etc. that probably arent relevant


The question is, will the Shuttle PSU be up to all this?

I'm really after a 'yes this will work', 'no it wont' type replies and following arguments

I'm not really after get X because its cheap type replys. I know it'll cost a fortune!

a 240w psu! bwhahahahahahaha....umm your graphics card and processor will swallow that power up like a fat man does noodles.
