...is now mine.

This will replace my current case which my friends nicknamed "The Hurricane" because, in result of the poor design, I have five loud 80mm fans. Together, I can hear them through my wall when I'm in my bedroom.

Nice
You've got plenty of air flow with that sucker. If it was me I would probably keep the fans on low to keep it quiet since the case seems pretty open.

I bought two of those Antec cases from Newegg; one for my sister's A8N32-sli deluxe system and the other was for my current system but changed my plan and move my old LP UT system into it, after my dual 8800GTX cards started creating heat problem, the case is not big enough when two of those GTX cards are present.
despite the fact that the case did not fulfill the original purpose, I still decided to keep the case and not RMA it because I also have a third empty case I could use.

I gave this case 5 stars at Newegg review section.

Good Luck.

Thats a damn cool looking case there Qonfused!

I prefer clear or tri-color fans over solid blue, but I like the design alot. With a good PSU powering all 4 high CFM silent fans, your PC's gizzards are gonna stay nice & cool.

Ouch on the price though.. $130 is too rich for me. The most I ever spent on a case was $75 on a green X-Blade case several years ago.

Yeah. I've been eying this case for awhile scouting the best time to buy. I nabbed it with free shipping so... :)

So the case is currently 30 minutes away from me, yet, according to the website, it'll take two days to deliver it.

Go pick it up. And I payed $117 CAD for my 900 :P

No, you can't. I would have DEMANDED it.

"I demand you take my money, and let ME deliver it to myself!"

I'm not really a fan of the cases with the neon lights and the windowed sides. I prefer something more subtle and elegant.

The lights can get quite annoying TBH. I have a case with lights on every fan, and when I leave it on at night it lights up the room. Makes it a bit difficult to sleep. Does anyone know if there's a way to disable the lights on the fans?

When I first saw the thread, I thought it was in the Movies and Film section, and thought it said "Aztec Nine-Hundred" and thought it was some equivilent of 300.

It came today, the box taunting me as I walked into my house. It's a really nice case. All of the steel is solid and sturdy. The cages that keep the harddrive(s) are a bit of a pain, but they're not too problematic. The case is entire sechs. It's so good looking and it pleases the eye. Overall, great case. Antec has earned another customer's purchase.

Sorry for the craptastic non-flash pictures. My camera isn't the best in low-light, and I can't keep my hands still.

The temps have also decreased. I didn't think you could get much cooler than a solid fan blowing at the middle of the case, but I guess you can.

Look at all teh pennies! wheres a pigy bank when u need one?

Nice case man. I had fun helping you put it together this afternoon. Learned quite a bit also. :D Mmmm. Also, that monster hit the spot.

Hot.

This top fan is massive...

...as shown by this picture. Four AA batteries fit across the diameter of the fan.

The top is very well designed. All of the available ports are up there in reach. The little indent is actually pretty nifty. As the picture shows, I have my ZVM sitting in there.

Here's a picture of the insides. I know the cables are messy, and they need to be rearranged. This is my only gripe about this case: the motherboard tray is locked off so you can't hide any wires under there. I plan to get some plastic ties and tie off most of the wires tomorrow.

Thumb screws are always welcome.

I love the idea of the PSU on the bottom. It allows for better cooling across the motherboard. I think mine is about to eat my sound card though. :(

Inside are the cages I was talking about. You can rearrange these cages any way you want. You could have a fan on top, nothing in the middle and one of the bottom. I personally kept it the way it was sent (top one empty, fans on the bottom two). The black plastic piece in the middle is a place for another fan. Genius.

The front mesh is, well, normal mesh.

http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e242/Qonfused/Misc/IMG_3715copy.jpg

The top fan's mesh is a little larger.

It's really not that bright, which is nice.

Nice Qonfused, very nice.
GJ on your new setup. I love that case, I wish Antec could make one just like it, but make it little taller, for sli mode.
At first, I did order one for my sisters A8n32-SLI deluxe setup (for experimentation purposes) Like I said before; I did fall in love with it so much I ordered a second one, for my Crosshair sli setup, didn't work this time because of heat problem; the dual 8800GTX made it feel like a space-heater.
Guess what, despite that, I did not return the case but instead I moved my DFI setup into it, though I have a third case which I thought of using for the DFI.

Great setup. I hope you enjoy it. I know you will.

You've joined the ranks of the great. (I've got one too and I love it.)

I'm loving it so much. On high, my components are ice cold. On low, they're warmer, but no where near any danger (my 7800GT runs at 50-53C on full load). I love this case so much. On low, it's super quiet. My previous case was really loud. Today after coming home I thought someone turned off my PC because I didn't hear anything.
