Antlions!

This is about the "Antlions", well...the name.

I admit I wasn't here from the beginning and I have no idea why you are calling those "user-controlled" aliens: Antlions?
Did Gabe say they're called that?

Anyway, just now I discovered that there's an enemy from Final Fantasy IV called Antlion (Attached a picture)
Doesn't know if they're related in any way, the sure don't look very much like eachother...
