You would think that the human metabolism was designed around fewer larger meals whenever food was available. I doubt we evolved in an environment where there was something to eat every other hour.

It should be healthiest then to just walk around with an iv drip of vitamins and glucose and you can spread your entire days food out into a constant stream of tiny "meals"
