Any created a UAV mod for HL2?

Has anyone created a UAV-like mod for HL2?
UAV = Unmanned Aerial Vehicle.

I'm specifically looking for something that would simulate nearly any kind of "MICRO" UAV, something 3 feet or less in length and would allow one to either
1) toggle viewpoint between G Freeman's eye and some point on the UAV, or
2) UAV's viewpoint in small inset in screen (preferrably, but not necessarily in a small, hand-held device).

you'd need custom maps for that. The HL2 maps aren't designed to be viewed from above.

It's all perfectly feasible, however.
