What's the best way to make an object move smoothly on a curve?

Is the only way to do the beginning/middle/end keyframe, tween it, then add keyframes to smooth it out?

That worked after a bit of fiddling. Thanks.

Lets say I had a square and wanted to animate the top-right vertice to move somewhere. How do you do that when they turn into uneditable symbols?

You have to tween shapes to morph them like that. Double click the symbol to edit or animate the shape. Careful though as tweening morphing shapes can have unpredictable results.

I gave up and went to Toon Boom since I'm only making cartoons, not games or apps.

I can't live without pegs!
