any good arcade style shooting game for pc or console ??

I'm not talking about first personne shooting, i'm asking about shooting game like those we play in arcade holding a plastic pistoles and shooting the ennemies in the screen. I know one which is pretty good, it's called police man or something where u can move ur body, it's pretty fun, do we have anything like that for pc or console ??

Not ones where you move around (I know what game your talking about, it's the one where you fight the yakuzas and you can duck for cover) but there are light gun games for consoles like Time Crisis 3
