any good mod for gta:vice city

is there any good mod for gta: vice city, like giving large map and more stories, etc ??

I have the vice city deluxe, the game looks great now but i want more stories.

i found that mod on fileplanet, it give great cars, but the map and story remain the same

what i mean, is i plan to illegally download a version of GTA:VC, because i already bought the game and i lost the discs. you have renewed my interest. i beat the whole game already, but now ill just **** around with people. also i dont know about mods, try google, if you are looking for mods half life is where it's at.
