Is there any good punk/rock/metal bands that I should buy. Currently listening to Atreyu, Silverstein, Story Of The Year, Trivium and Killswitch Engage...

For music that was considered 'emo' before it was such a fashion and thrown around genre. You can see the major difference between most bands like ATD-I and others like Heroin, Sunny Day Real Estate and City of Caterpillar than to most the bands you get today naming themselves 'emo'. I guess if you like Story of the Year and Atreyu you should like these.

For metal I'm just going to say Sodom. Can't go wrong with Sodom.

Alice in Chains are the best rock/metal band.

Some of their best songs - Junkhead, Man in the Box, Down in a Hole, Would, Rooster, Bleed the Freak.

They can't write a bad song, so those are just some of the more commercial songs.

Awesome album! But not quite as good as Today's Empires, Tomorrow's Ashes IMHO. All of their stuff has been really smart and really tight. Love those guys!
