Any Graphical patches for MOH: PA?

Like the title says, I'm looking for some sort of patch that enables greater control over the graphics for Medal of Honor, I was greatly surprised that there were like 3-4 different options for graphics optimization. The reason why I'm asking is because I want some sort of anti-aliasing. In winXP, I change my anti-aliasing properties to x2, or even x4 with no successful transfer to the game (even though the anti-aliasing is no longer application controlled)

So any hits guys?

I doubt it. AA is not something that can be added afterwards easily.
