its not entirely GTA, basically one team is stuck in their cars, and the other is stuck on foot, but only for the first beta version. later versions will include other game modes, including Ghetto War which is like multiplayer GTA (without the insanely massive maps, so you can actually find each other)

I'll throw our hat in the ring as well.

The mod is HALF-LIFE 2: Fueled. The basic premise is very much a mix of GTA and BF1942 style gameplay for multiplayer, and Deus Ex (the origional not the crappy sequel) for singleplayer.

Our site is still a wip, but you will find a video in 12 different flavors you can download. In about two weeks, any registered users will be able to download builds as we have them available (we're currently playtesting a new build nightly).
