Any way to open console on Source games on the Xbox 360?

Funny how people online speak speculation with such conviction that they pass it off as if it were truth.

So, giant384 ... Did Gabe tell you this personally? Was it you who personally took this out?

actually, for all non keyboard systems, (this is true) to open the console, press all buttons on the controller at the same time. i know its hard, but thats the command, but you still need to be able to type, watever, your problem

no it was just my theory, you dont have to criticize the heck out of it.

also to taiiat: there are some 360 controllers with keyboards on them.

There IS a USB port on the back of the 360.
Go for it.

I've got the chatpad for the controller and a USB keyboard ... I'm not saying valve haven't made the console harder to get to, but i'm betting it's still in there.
