Anybody play Trackmania?

I bought Trackmania Sunrise about a year ago and enjoyed it. However, I recently found out that there is a free download of Trackmania Nations (which can be downloaded from www.trackmanianations.com)

TM: Nations doesn't offer much in the way of singleplayer, however the real fun comes from playing over the internet. The reason for this is the custom made tracks developed by the community, a lot are really rock solid (Nobody finished one track)

It might just be the server that I am constantly on (Search for Smurf's of War in server listing)

Do you play Nations, and if so which server?

If anybody plays, look me up, I'm playing as Honk_horn_for_Cash (I really have had people honking at me)

nations is fun, i play it every now and then. only thing i hate about it is usually i get bad fps.

Used to play this nonstop.

After a while I found that it lost its sheen and became very repetitive.

Hell yeah. I think FlatOut is better as lan-party-mad-driving-game of choice, though.

Trackmania:Sunrise is one of the best games ever imo.
I love it, played it to death, and downloaded a lot of custom tracks. Only bad thing is starforce =(

Hehe, yeah Trackmania Nations, I've been playing it for a while. It's a lot of fun but can be quite frustrating when you go on a server that has custom maps made by the server starter. One time on one of those maps I caught the sneaky bastard cheating. Basically the finish line was behind the starting line and there were absolutely no check points, so yeah you guessed it, he would just back up and finish in under a second while the rest of us dumb asses finished "fair and square".

DEATH eVADER, I usually play on on either german or american servers, and I'm playing as redneck. I'll see if i can find that server you were talking about.

I have been playing TM:N since the release over a year ago. Great game. I usually play on the bigger German servers.

one time i played in a server with 200max and about 100 were in the server. damn talk about 3fps lol.

Bought Trackmania (original) and couldn't even install it.

LOL starforce. Best protection EVER.

I've played it for about 3 weeks intensively, got to world rank 12 (4th of holland ) and then just stopped, dunno why.
