Anyone else notice this problem with skins?

When I put in a new model, materials and everything etc, theres no more bullet casing ejections from the new model! hmmmm...

Have you tried looking at what Valve has done with their models? Usually there's a bone that you need to name just right to get the bullets to eject. Same thing with the muzzle flashes.
