Does anyone else here like those old black and white Samurai movies?
I saw one yesterday called Sanjuro. Pretty much it was about a ronin who with nine other Samurai had to stop these evil.......yada yada....plot is not not as bad as it sounds. But even more than the plot, it was the main character that drew me in. Before in movies Samurai had been portrayed as honourable, good natured sort of people, but the main Samurai in this was bad tempered, a complete slob and demanded money off people. It was just a great movie, you don't see that kind of quality much anymore. Just wondering if anyone else has seen it.
