They're highly illegal, I'm sure, but as far as I know they do work. I use a Rangers forum and some of them use a site that looks equally as badly made as that to get good streams for a yearly fee.

The free P2P streams are usually crap and buffer every 5 seconds, but these are supposed to be good.
