Anyone got the Doom 3 Level editor working?

I read through some of the readme file and it says its 'built in' and you access it using +editor or something, but if anyone got it working so far

just type editor in the console

But you might need to be running in window mode for it to work properly. I've messed around with it but I'm never keen on these game editors.

Can type editlights (in window mode) and edit the lights in a map, which is fun.
