Anyone know how to get high frames in BF1942?

Anyone have any Tweaks? I am using my brothers p4 1.7 9600 AIW 768mb SDRAM and it gets pretty much to choppy to play once I get in a fire fight. I turned all the settings down to low-medium and am running at 800x600 at 72 hz. Any ideas?

Shut off lightmaps and shadows, and wrong forum buck-o

And be sure that you are running at 16-bit, also update drivers and blah blah
