Rainbow Six 3 is also pretty good if you want a realistic(Not CovertOp) shooter.

Funny thing is when I tried to do medical training I got tired of hearing the guys voice so I took my headphones off and went to watch tv, when It looked like he was done I started the test and failed with a 30% or something.
