There right in the in-game interferance.How exactly do you implement the war planner? I forgot it was a feature and didn't stumble upon it. Is it menu based?
Secondly I thought there was some sort of citizen manager or something. Did anyone see this, or was this part of a different RTS?

Then again.. Lets look at AOE3, alot people are looking at and I can say few ever looked at Empire Earth 2 around here.Still, the point is that it doesn't add many new features that have yet to be seen in a RTS. The game just doesn't stand out in the crowd is the point I was trying to make.
