I just finished it and Ive got to say it was AMAZING!!! it fits right in with the story lines and adds new and exiting concepts to an already fantastic game...

3....2....1...DISCUSS!
 
Your talking about The Flash Pack? I thought it was great, the only thing that spoiled it a bit for me is the random death, like placing a standard portal block on the ceiling, only to have it crush you if you shoot it, its a really cheap thing to do, and kinda spoils the pacing. But the pack does have alot of good in it.

But now to crisize your opinions! :)

Do what i did, when you see the ceiling tile falling on you, and get out of the way, it's not like if you shoot it from affar it sucks you in just so it can land on and kill you. And if you're right under it when you shoot it, it's not like it keeps you from moving. It's not exactly a cheap death, just a cheap death to those who are stupid enough to not get out of the way.
 
I've yet to play this, but the flash game was next to impossible =/

yeah i thought that it was good because it was inbetween prelude and normal portal, prelude had a different feel to portal that just didnt come to par with the regular, but this just fit right in, it was like portal but harder which i think most gamers were after.

especially the boss battle...imho it was a lot better than the origional Portals....of course...Thats what Portal 2 is gonna be for though.

I dont get that...there are some like me, who spotted something cool and wanted to tell people, then there are those who want to go "Zomg GORDAN = gmA|n!!! Potral 2 is gonan be orsome"....
 
geez i guess on this forum you cant state your opinion,
anyways i think there should be a thread where people can post their ideas for portal two
 
Seriously guys, he's not aloud to say that Portal 2 is gonna be awesome (which it very much likely wll be) without sounding like an idiot and having no other purpose for joining then that? So when somene with like 2000 posts, like about half the people here, says that Portal 2 will be good, it's fine, but when someone new does it, they're obviously some idiot who joined for no other purpose and obviously wasn't just pointing out a small detail and then planning to continue here as a valued member. Does that make any god danm sense? Because if it does then please explain what the hell i'm missing.

I found Prelude to be a mixed bag. Some really good chambers and some really annoying ones. The writing and voice acting is also terrible.

I've downloaded TFV but not gotten around to playing it.
 
Is this the "still alive" thing that was put on Xbox Live? If so, can someone tell me about it? For a while I thought it was a flash game and then someone told me its an update to the actual game. I was sad after I beat Portal because the game was so rad. Answers would be appreciated.
 
The Still Alive map pack is the same as the Flash Version map pack.
