AOLs "Good or Bad" campaign

I found this intresting, I think it is a UK only campaign but you can see the video here:

I'm just wondering what AOL hope to benefit from this, what they hope to achive by the discussion if internet is good or bad?

Myself found the advert intresting and true but stupid in the sense it points out every internet flaw, for a ISP?

The idea is to get your attention, you are talking about AOL now but you are not talking about another ISP, you are likely to go on their website and find out what it's all about.

It's just another side of advertising.
