Ever wondered what happened between the events of the Arena and the Spammer Wars?

...you haven't? Well, tough. You can look at these sketches and be glad. I did have a fourth page, but bluntly, it sucked even by my standards, so I'll remake it later along with the usual additions. Regrettably the Arena only really features prominently in the pre-title intro, merely as I had a decent self-deprecating gag for once

Remember, my excuse is that I'm too lazy to ink things in. They'd be much better if I did, honest!

I agree that I should use pen- I'll try to ink in my three "pending" comics. They'd be here already, but my scanner is playing up again...

And Nomble is a world famous SC regular- and he's started to permeate other communities. I'd better say that I contributed to the infamous "fanfic"- it's from SC's epic "Tell a Story" thread, where everybody converged to continue a tale in seperate posts. I don't know if that's the actual Nomble who posted it on fanfiction.net, but if it is he must've been feeling nostalgic... or insane. It's totally incoherent, even if you understand its origins.

Next few pages... sift the vegetables I say... but not in ink because... other than foxes... I'm lazy. I'll definitely try to... rotate that fish... produce inked-in follow ups, however.

Three people die in these three episodes! Although one of them is me, one is based on no one in particular, and two of them die in a rather unobvious manner. Not that anyone ever goes for good...

Well, the inking experiment was interesting. The first one here is crap, but that's only because I screwed up the compilation quite badly, and the scan wasn't too good in the first place. The second one is significantly better

The Negative Spinning Freud Head Attack is a 3-Bar Super-Ultra-Mega-Desperation Move, and Sulk doesn't have that level of power stocked when he faces Butemam. Plus I drew this a week back and took an age to post it

Marco's got a brief cameo in the next one, and Suicide may well be joining Harij as a protagonist :O Or I'll kill him off too, whatever.

It's occured to me that I'm probably a psychological screwup, as I've killed myself twice, but it allows me to field a fanboy zombie in my place- so woot!
