Ugh, my ****ing buisiness broadband keeps cutting out every 5 minutes. I can't do anything. My favourite game, Puzzle Pirates, is pretty much out of the question since when I try to start off some fun my connection blanks out.

Ugh, this is the most annoying thing EVER. I'd be better off with bloody 56k.

Which ISP are you with? Also you might want to check your router/modem is securly plugged into the phone line, if it's been kicked and there's not a firm connection you get a lot of noise and frequent disconnections. In case it's a software problem try rebooting your PC.

I'll check all the wiring again in a few minutes. It's a network wide problem, though, and the router has the firmware fully updated.

had the same problem at home...go to the router configuration and turn UPNP Settings to Disabled...that should fix the resets..

If you have a D-Link router go to Tools>Misc and you find the UPNP setting..

I had the same problem with my cable except it was the cable modem going out every 3-5 minutes. It did it for like 3 days then crapped out completely and didn't work. I had to drive up to the Brighthouse place and I gave them my old broken one and they gave me a new better one.
