Array Access out of bounds

what does this mean i was trying to load up a game that is played under a network sort like a LAN and it give me this warning message when it was like half way or more done loading, what does it mean and the game btw was Football Manager 2005. i posted it in here because i posted something like this on the other areas and no one posted plus this game is popular in England and i know there are a lot of English people who post here thanks

sounds like some shitty programming was done on that game.

Means something is trying to access something in an array that is above how many fields the array has. ie. Array has 3 fields, its trying to call on 4th one which doesn't exists.
