Oops yeah and short_fuse, my bad.Fletch said:No problem - and Short_Fuse too - hate it when people do this kind of thing as too much time is invested into making these models for them to just be stolen.

I guess arsenic realised he couldn't get past people with artwork no more so decided to try his hand at game models thinking they were harder to spot.. Bit dumb really do try that on a games forum full of gamers lol
I should merge all his many threads and posts and times he's been caught into one single thread.. Cept I can't be arsed right nowBrian Damage said:Oh, this is where he popped up again, eh? Guess I should pay more attention to these Generic Weapon Model threads...
No, actually we don't, we hate thatSprafa said:lol
This guy is the best user ever. He always comes back, you gotta love him for that.
Did Tom Hanks catch him in the end? I've never seen it except the trailers, but I can see the similarities thereA True Canadian said:lol, Oh My God... this guy's still at it?
He's becoming the forum villian; a chameleon. The thing is he always comes back to rob the same bank. I guess "live and learn" doesn't apply.
It's a good thing we have a diverse community here, so that things like this can be stopped. Great detective work people.
(Anyone else getting a "Catch Me If You Can" feeling; with Arsenic on the run and Fenric trying to track him down?)
/me reads the spoiler..A True Canadian said:For a guy who just did an amazing portrait of Hanks, I'm surprised that you've haven't seen it. But if you must...
Yes he did catch him. But the guy played by Leo ended up going insane. The funny thing is that the two became friends and the Leo character got a job working for the FBI (I think) because of his skills.
Heh yeah, I'd not be surprised if he tried to claim he owns rights to games from yesterday. Unfortunately for him if that is the case, there's three of us who HAVE worked on those games in the past, so he may aswell not try before he does, cause we'll catch him out.nw909 said:So first it was art right?
Then it was models...
What's next...entire video games?
Clarky? Could you hook me up with some links? Also, PM me with details of the 'project'. As for polygon's, most are withing 2,000-3,500, with the exception of the CAR-15, which is around 4,100 or so, due to the detail
I'd love to see you do some original stuff like clarky's threads
Those aren't from scratch.Predator said:Scratch, you should always start from scratch. It's basicly the same as creating a regular ground texture, or wall texture, IMO. Go into detail, and don't get lazy. Use very good reference pictures, that are very large as well.
I bet he watched your video first ankalar, and regardless of what he's said in his apology thread, I'd not be surprised he at one point tries to pass your video off as his own too. You now join myself and others as people he will likely rip off in the future ;(ankalar said:Those aren't from scratch.
EDIT: Read the rest of the thread. Haha, we've got ourselves a real Smarty McThinksalot here.
