at least they are fighting back

scary:

"the U.S. House of Representatives voted 355-21 to ask for a formal investigation of whether Take-Two Interactive Software deceptively sought to avoid an adults-only rating for its "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas."

"Parents today are up against a multibillion dollar industry...that peddles violent and sexually explicit video games to adults,"
Just noticed a spelling error in that article, he spelled "adult" wrong, silly governor!

I think that games shouldn't be sold to those under 17 (without an adult/parent present) and 18 for the ESRB M and AO ratings, respectively, and by no other restrictions like if it has violence against other people, etc.

Well... bear in mind, that at least some of them only voted that way because they thought that it is what their voters want

Congress also includes the Senate, so there's 100 possible other votes.

But you have people like Hillary Clinton on the senate so you'll see investigations into games. So it might not increase 21 by much.
