It should be cheaper than the Athlon XP 3200, and it awesome in gaming. It will beat the P4 3-3.2 in most programs, except for the ones that are Intel optimized and love netburst.

It is betteer than the p4 3.2. but if You have a p4 3.2, don't go out and buy an 3200FX. Not worth it.
