ATi Customer Service Question

Doom 3 fried my graphics card (ati R9700 pro) after about 1hr. of play so I decided to send it to ATi's customer service in New York state. They recieved the card on the 9th of august. Has anybody dealt with ATi's customer service repair department before? How long does it take for ATi to fix and send the repaired or replaced gfx card back? I want to play Doom 3 damnit!!! :flame:

Surely if playing doom 3 for an hour fried your card...sending it to them and them fixing it..then giving it back to will make no difference whatsoever. You could just play it for another hour and it would be fried again. :dozey:

Well see I did some tweaking using the Rage3d driver but I didn't tell them that =).
