ATI Forced VSYNC..how to turn on?

I've heard that ATI cards have a forced vsync that will enable it for all games, how do I do this? Thanks

Somewhere in the ATi control panel. At least that's where it is for my Nvidia. Why do you want it on though, is the tearing that bad?

In older games that dont have the option, yes.

Yep, most new games have options to turn Vsync on or off, otherwise just go to the control pannel.

But i cant find it in the control panel, thats my problem...
