ATI RADEON 9600 XT 128MB AGP Graphics Card

hey guys imm ganna buy a 9600 xt for 170 bucks... and 20 bucks off that when i mail in the rebate i got when i purchased hl2 at bestbuy... should i wait a month or so to see if it should go down more..? do u guys think it will?? or should i just buy it AT BESTBUY CUZ I GOT GIFT CERTIFICATES THERE!!!

is it the 128mb or 256mb version? cause there is a difference in price between the two.
