Ati Radeon 9600 XT 256 DDR

If the 9800 Pro has a 128 bit memory bus, go with the 9600 XT.

the 9600 has a lower clock speed, cant be overclocked as high (not that it matters since I dont overclock) and doesnt have all the features of the 9800pro.

DDR ram doesn't make a big difference. 256 is just an overkill, and except D3, most games don't need it for better quality settings.

256 bit memory interface is better than 128 bit memory interface. We are not talking about the DDR ram.

Yes the 9800 pro is better than the 9600xt, regardless of how much ddr memory they have, that doesn't even matter. Enough said.
