Ati Registration problems

Hi I live in australia and i got a 9600xt a few months back and last week i thought hey i'll get the retail box sent to me i whent to the ati hl2 site and put in my details then clicked submit and it just refreshed the site whats with that do i have to print it out and fill it in or somthin??

hey man im from sydney aswell and i got my 9600XT in dec and my cd key doesnt work on the site for some reason. I think it said invaild cd key but that is bs i re checked and tripled checked a toudsand times.

Just out of curiosity... did you put the hyphens (-) in? I entered my code 3 times before I figured out to put in the hyphens.

I dont think u can get a boxed version or cd sent to you if you live outside the U.S or Canada, just download steam and create an account with that cd-key, it will automatically put all games availibly with that coupon in the my games section and just click on the game u want to play and it will download unless it already is downloaded,

did you even read the site. you have to mail them part of the box and a scan of your reciept and a scan of the certificate. i.e. proof of purchanse so they know you didnt just steal a video card from somewhere.

yeah i did understand you have to send them thr reciept and barcode its just that when i enter my cd-key on the ati web site it says the key is invaild and that means i cant print it off ..

open steam go to browse games, and enter it there. if it works its a valid cdkey.
