Lol, you guys had to see this. I was in Kubra Dam, hiding behind some containers, me sees attack helo attempt to take base. Me fights it. It chases me in circles, gunner shoots at me.

Me happily guides attack helo into ground.

Tell you a strange thing, this happened in the demo at least but I'm sure it happens in the full game too, one time on the beach (Gulf of Oman demo) an enemy cobra was hovering in the distance, he came straight for me firing missiles, I shot at him as he went over with my AK, and he crashed straight into one of the bases and it said I killed him with the AK. Same happened in the full game only it was me who crashed, a guy was shooting at me with his M16, I went crashing into a building after dodging a suicidal plane and it counted as the medics kill who was shooting me from the ground :|

Once I was a in the gunner seat in the buggy, I saw a fully loaded Blach Hawk coming in, I fired like three shots at it and it crashed It must have been seriously damaged.

Happened to me too.

I was probably halfway across the map from the helo with an AK101, and I'm told myself, hey, might as well. Fired 3 shots at the thing and moved on. The next second it crashed and I was creditted with 2 kills.

I was driving my jeep, and I ramped off a cliff, onto the enemy flag, crushing one of them, but one of the 2 passangers jumped out too, so i got him...then i drove to squish another baddy, and teamate jumped out, shot him dead...then I squished the teamate..then an anti-tank came up a ladder, shot at my jeep, missed, so I got out, and mp5'd his ass. I never felt so skilled in m ylife...
Picuter that with the horn blaring the entire time..hillarious.

That happens in every battlefield game, its normal heheh.

I was in a blackhawk (i think) once and I fired in a straght line just ro see it fire and killed 3 instantly. I wasn't even aiming.

yeah...something tells me they need to re-think the whole "Who killed who" thing..I mean, like the whole RANDOM Tk thing..guh

but i think this system works well with helos. very often i do some serious damage to one with either a mounted machine gun or rocket and itll spin out of control and i get the credit for the kill. i did a lot of damage and was the direct cause of the crash, therefore i think i deserve the credit.

I think this is on purpose, (it happens in all BF games with the aircraft) because generally if someone dies from crashing as they are being shot it's due to the attacker causing them to. Like in BF42, sometimes I'll chase some Germans down in my spitfire and severely damage them, as they try to outmaneuver me they crash into a mountain and I get credited for the kill, since it really is me who killed them, it's just that my bullets didn't actually cause the explosion itself.

I like to empty my pistol on crappy pilots that I think are going to crash, it usually works.
