attacked by spyware? or worst??

omg i really really need help!!!!! :frown:
i got attacked by a spyware and spyware s&d OR spyware blaster don't work
i was surfing the net, and then all of a sudden a ad took over my screen, i couldn't close it, it was like my desktop background got replaced by an ad or something, because i can still use the things on my desktop
does anyone know what to do?
because if not i'll have to wait til my brother comes back with the reinstallation disk and i'll miss a big radeon 9800 sale, AND i'll waste a F*** load of time rebooting the whole OS, installing steam and all those other crapola
