there was a quote somewhere of a captured German officer speaking to an australian platoon sergeant after his company was captured by an australian raid on his trench... goes something like this...


German: "Who are you?"

Aus: "We're Australian"-and platoon and regiment details

German: "Ridiculous, you are british men!"

Aus: "No we're bloody not"

German: "Yes you are, you are british men dressed up as Australians to scare us!"
