Is it normal for minute amounts of brake fluid to leak out the seam where my master cylinder meets its filler cap, when i've overfilled the master cylinder?

I'm assuming it's fine, because my brakes haven't lost any responsiveness, and I filled my cylinder to the absolute brim when I changed the fluid.
