As for Avatar, my sister is obsessed with it and I don't like it at all.

Is it really completely American made? I thought it was just translated.

Well, animation is all South Korean farming studio. But most Nickolodean is anyway.

It's god damn impressive for an American Animation. It's not all "OH NOES I AM T3H SAVIOUR LETS SAVE T3H WORLD".

I'm almost convinced that show has social and political undercurrents. Did you ever see the episode when he leads those two groups to that...place or whatever it was. It was like people in white robes and the people who looked like barbarians and they all hate each other because of something that happened in their pasts. I started thinking of Jews and Muslims.

That gives it more socio/political tone than... well, quite a lot of other american animations.
