make your own? Graphics gale is cool for pixel art. Adobe PS nd Illus. aren't bad either.
But for raw pics, google image search is the best.

mine is a south-park version of my old avatar that someone here made for me a loooong time ago, probably over a year ago. its "devil magician" from the old japanese cartoon show (and comic book) kinnikuman, which had little plastic figures made of them called "kinkeshi" ion the 80s they were brought over to america as "MUSCLE men"
