Azureus not connecting to seeds

first time this has happened to me, been trying to get a episode of a show but I can't connect to any of the 5148 seeds (I've connected to 47 of the 1475 peers but and getting nadda)

my max upload is set at 40 and my max download is at 0 (unlimitied)

help please ;(

i heard some isp's are blocking certain ports that block that kind of stuff

Have you tryed any other torrents to see if its universal, or just this one?

Have you gone through the whole opening-ports walk through on their Wiki (or click here)? After doing that, I can usually connect to loads of seeds.

If you've never seen the green face status, you need to open your ports like Qonf said.

the smiley face is green, I just started another download and while I haven't connected to any seeds, the peers have been downloading to me (not overly much 10-40 kB/s compared to 50- 60 Kb/s before) I think it may have to do with my ration as it's pretty low at the moment, I think I'll have to have a little chat with my brother.
