Yeah, it's the same music from Requiem For A Dream, which isn't a knock. It's overused, but its still something effective to insert in a trailer for a movie that doesn't yet have a finished score.
As for the preview itself, it's enough to get my interest piqued, and theres definitely a little bit of the whole Neil Stephenson cyberpunk to add an interesting layer. It all comes down to whether it's even going to try being something other than generic action (and the trailer seems to support that), and whether it's successful.
I've watched Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers trailer approximately 600 times... and that's the movie I will always attribute the song to. Everything else just feels hokey to me.
Also... I hate Vin Diesel and I refuse to watch movies he stars in!
