Oh and..

Oscar Carlén, a lighting artist at EA's DICE studio, lists two "2009-present" projects in his portfolio: Battlefield 3 and Mirror's Edge 2. Not only do those games possibly exist, you'll be able to see what's going on in them.

On one side I'm glad I fulfill the minimum requirements (by a small margin though), on the other I realise how often games can struggle on recommended specs...

Wow, I was hoping I would be able to play with ALMOST high settings...guess I'll be sticking towards minimum.

Ahhh.... this game is going to look sick on my rig =D Max settings all round! BAM!

Hmm, my rig is almost good enough for recommended settings. Just the proc is lacking.

My new proc is just a tri-core, but I feel it'll still be fine.

my C2D 2.4 and 8800GT :( I'll be in the middle.

*EDIT* Wait, I have a 3 GHZ? Odd, I thought the E8400 was 2.4. Oh well!

My new proc is just a tri-core, but I feel it'll still be fine.

I didn't even know they make commercial PC CPUs that are tri-cores.

Anyway, this will utterly rape my old comp.:(

Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4Ghz, 2 gigs of decent RAM, SB X-Fi Fatal1ty and a XFX GeForce 7900GS :(

Luckily I have a PC which is likely to max it out, but those requirements are pretty average these days, right?

My laptop cries every time I scroll over these specs(it's a bit over minimum requirements).

hm, i should be fine, although i would probably have to turn off AA and lower the Anastrophic Filtering, and maybe a few other settings.

8800gtx OC1
2gb ram
Dual Core 3.0 ghz

* Graphics card: GeForce GTX 260
Well you know when you're on the slippery slope when games start saying that. 8800GT here too, hang on in there little buddy!

Ditto...Although, I've only had one AMD, and it was an X2 which held up well. Actually, the roomie is using it now.

I can probably play on high settings, maybe not maxed. I hate the thought that my 2.8GHz dual core is holding my system back...

Ah, I only need to upgrade my graphics card. Maybe an 8800 GT will cut it.

I may be long overdue on a new card/rig. my 8800GT just isn't cutting it anymore :(

also I think I can still hold out for another year but I'm gunna wait till summer next year when everything is reduced

Its sad to see how these awesome super powerful graphics cards from 2 years ago are being laughed at :(

I even made a fanmade video to the 8800gtx back in the day, now its useless compared to the GPUs we have nowadays

I don't care what any of you say, the fact my 8800GT that cost me $150 2 years ago is just NOW kind of wanting to be replaced....best video card purchase ever.

Heh, you must have been pretty excited to have it that you made a fan movie for it :)

I like that part:
