I have this apartment building in my map in which the bottom floor is perfect, but the top floor has shifty lighting that changes and flickers as you walk around. Might I add that there are no shadows up there that I can see; just bright flickery lighting.
I might add that the apartment building is one giant brush that was cut, chopped, and carved to heck before I knew not to use the Carve tool so much.
1: Why would one floor be lit perfectly and the other be wacked, and how do you fix it?
2: How do you split the building into 2 different brushes? As far as I can tell, the clipping tool only lets you split the faces; not split it into seperate brushes.
