Some of the police around here get to drive Dodge Chargers. Google even found a picture for me!

A lot of chargers are used as unmarked police cars where I used to live.

Seems to be a trend. Here's the new Ford Taurus interceptor package:

While those do look awesome, it seems a waste of money.

I'd use the money for moar better training.

Don't police need good high speed handling, which is not typically found in US muscle cars.

to be fair most of the criminals are also driving US muscle cars

Looks pretty rad, but it's not as cool as this:

olizia?

EDIT: Oh the door is opened... roofl I was looking at that thinking... what the **** is wrong with that car and why is that officer hanging out the window like a dog?

Ugh I need a nap.

FYI, the Lambo was in a fender bender last year.

Also, I think having the red and blue lights facing backwards is a bad idea. Always makes the moronic drivers have epileptic seizures or something, what little driving skill they have just goes out the window.

I think having the tail lights flashing/strobing is fine, but cover up the rear-facing red/blues.

That Lambo was a gift from Lamborghini to the italian police. An obvious marketing strategy. Technically, that car was intended to be used in emergency situations when high speed was required. Organs to be transplanted and so on. It's not the first muscle car used by the italian police. IIRC, Ferrari gifted a car in the 70s.
