The Wonder Stuff
The Sundays
Urban Dance Squad (ya stupid name, sounded like pop red hot chilli peppers)
the Pixies

more later

I love the pixies
Surfer Rosa , Come on Pilgrim are excellent
Where's my mind, Break my body, River Euphrates are must - listen tracks
they reunited in Ireland last year

What do you mean forgotten about? If i've forgotten about them then I won't be able to post anything :P

Soundgarden
Nirvana
Mother Love Bone
Guns N' Roses
CCR
Blind Melon
Spin Doctor (1 song)
Meat Puppets

dunno they played a big gig during my leaving cert last year and thats all i heard
but everyone said they were amazing

I envy you brits/irish you have so many good music festivals ..all the great early 90's/late 80's seem to only play in your neck of the woods

heh, Stardog I was gonna say the same thing.

Bush
Candlebox
Better Than Ezra
Soul Asylum
Harvey Danger
Silverchair
Dinosaur Jr.
Built To Spill

and I'm sure I could come up with more later. Just about any 90s alt. band though.

very simple explanation ....I listened to a song today on a 80's internet station and I said to muyself ...hey I remember than band! I forgot about them ....see now wasnt that simple ;)

heh, off topic, but somehow that made me think of The Wonder Years. Which is another forgotten product of the 80s (or was it early 90s?) that was great.

Radiohead... (we still don't know if they will record a new album... I wish so)
The Pixies :(

EDIT: wait... I've never forgotten about Radiohead though...

I'm going to a music festivle at the Gorge in Washington state at the end up may, and the Pixies are definately going to be there...I can't wait to hear every song from Doolittle and, of course, where is my mind. Should be a good day...quite the lineup at Sasquatch this year.

I haven't listened to AFI since 2003...and they haven't made a new CD since 2003... *sigh*.

Queens of the Stone Age-Forgot all about them untill recently when they came out with their new album which i haven't really gotten into :(

I wouldn't listen to AFI after that cd anymore either.

I wish I was old enough to say :P oh I forgot about that band. I must expand my music taste

Godsmack used to be great, their first 2 albums rocked my socks
