Barebones?

I need a barebones computer.

I dont want to spend very much money. Less than 200 dollars. 220 tops. This includes a motherboard, and most likely a sempron, as well as 256mb+ of ram. Celerons are out of the question because I want something with reasonable quality. I only ask here because I've never got a barebones comp before, and so I dont know any good retailers.
