"Barrel bug" fix?

There is so called " Barrel physics bug".. More info about that bug is on this link:

I wonder how that could fix when make own server, cause that bug is not on Half-Life 2 Singleplayer game. If i remember correct, there was console command for that.

How I can fix physics bug when I make own server?

it's not a bug, it's intended for some reason or another. physics resistance.
